Jan Riley
Raised in Casper, WY, Jan worked for Title companies most of her career. First in Casper, then Pinedale, where she raised her three children, and finally, in Cody for Shoshone Title until she retired. She has been a board member since 2011 serving as Treasurer for four years and Vice President for one year. Jan is perhaps our most vocal member, and she uses this talent to keep the Board on its toes and at their best.

Joelyn Kelly
I visited Cody for the first time in April of 2016 and immediately knew this would be our home. Less than 6 months later, my husband and I sold our acreage in Minnesota and moved to Wapiti with 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. We have since added 2 more horses, another dog, and 2 more cats (adopted from PCAS) to our family. I work from my home for a technology company headquartered in Pleasanton, CA, where I specialize in Human Resources and Payroll software. I enjoy riding, camping, and being around animals in my spare time. It is an honor for me to be serving on the Board for PCAS, and I look forward to working with everyone involved. Joelyn was elected to the board on June 18, 2020.

Kristin Bonk Fong
Kristin Fong has 15 years of experience managing nonprofit organizations, and brings her affinity for collaboration, a love for the outdoors and community of Cody, and a passion for rescuing animals to her first year volunteering with the Park County Animal Shelter. Originally from the Chicago area, Kristin spent most of her adult life in Colorado, and moved to Cody three years ago so her family could spend more time together camping, hiking, and skiing. Kristin and Dan have a young daughter and infant son who are growing up surrounded by furry family members, including two rescue pups, Yeti & Koda, and two foster failure kittens from PCAS, Whiskey & Rye. One of Kristin’s favorite games is to guess which breeds have mixed to create the ridiculously loved and spoiled furry Fongs. Kristin was elected to the board on May 20, 2021.
