The Park County Animal Shelter is excited to announce that we are offering birthday parties!!! Celebrate your birthday at the PCAS and have it your way!  Bring your own party supplies, food (bring your own or takeout), drinks, and cake. Friends and family will have a fantastic  and memorable time, AND it benefits our homeless animals in need too!  This event is perfect for ALL ages. 

Package #1- PAW-SOME Birthday Party

  • 90 minute private party
  • Tables & chairs provided
  • Party for up to 15 children/Adult supervision required.
  • Photo backdrop
  • Behind-the-scenes shelter tour
  • Visit from one of our adoptable pets
  • Each additional guest over 15 will be $10
  • Cost of party Package #1 is $200

Package #2 – SU-PAW-STAR Birthday Party

  • 90 minute private party
  • Tables & chairs provided
  • Party for up to 15 children/Adult supervision required.
  • Photo backdrop
  • Naming opportunity for the birthday child for one of our incoming shelter animals.
  • The birthday child will receive a goody bag with a stuffed animal and adoption certificate.
  • Behind-the-scenes shelter tour.
  • Visit from one of our adoptable pets.
  • Craft activity or enrichment for the animals (optional)
  • Each additional guest over 15 will be $12 each.
  • Cost of party package #2 is $275

To start, we are offering two party times on Saturdays ONLY from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm.

Balloons are allowed, but only in the party room.You may bring additional decorations but no decorations or objects are allowed to be attached to the ceiling. Nothing can be taped or stapled to the walls. You are able to provide your own food and non-alcoholic beverages for the party or have food/drink delivered. All food must remain in the party room and cannot be carried throughout the shelter. Leaving the community room as you found it after the party is mandatory. Trash cans will be available for easy cleanup. Parties are not secured until paid in full and the party agreement is signed.
