Curt Dugger was recently appointed to the Board of Directors in January 2022 and will serve as the PCAS President. Curt is a true Wyomingite with a background in accounting. He started his career as a loan officer at First National Bank, in Powell, and later served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the hospital in Douglas, WY, where he worked for more than 20 years. He also did a short stint as the controller at Cody Regional Health before retiring in 2019. Curt enjoys spending time with his wife of 33 years, their children, and his granddaughter Blake. His hobbies include hunting, golfing, and hanging out at his family cabin. A longtime animal lover, Curt is a major asset to the PCAS Board of Directors, and will help to further the PCAS mission.
