A third generation Cody girl, Wendy Jacobs was born and raised in Cody. She has spent the last 24 years working in public accounting and joined Whittle, Hamilton, and Associates as an accountant in January 2021. She brings her lifelong love of animals and financial background to the PCAS Board. Having adopted several cats and dogs from PCAS over the years, Wendy is excited to give something back to the animals and her community. While this is her first time serving on a board, Wendy hopes to bring a new voice and is up for the challenge of learning as she goes. Wendy and her husband Russell have two adopted cats (Gus and Tigger) and a new puppy (Scout). Wendy is replacing former board member Bob Stevens and will fulfill the remainder of his term.
