December has been another month filled with heartwarming Happy Tails! Take Tucker, our larger-than-life hound mix who had been at the Shelter for more than two months. Tucker’s adolescent energy, large frame, and signature hound vocals made him more difficult to adopt. But we sent him on walks with our dedicated volunteers and consistently worked on his commands. Then, in December, his new owner came in and there was an immediate connection. Now, Tucker is living his best life on the outskirts of Cody where he has lots of room to roam and play!

Tucker
This happy boy enjoys some chin scratches before going to his new home.
Blitzen
This sweet kitty went home only days after he arrived at PCAS, thanks to our new Open Selection process!
Thor
Thor reaches for a kiss from his new mom.
Sully
This loverboy got snatched up fairly quickly. He melted into his mom’s arms and the rest is history!
Cleo and Clarence
Double trouble! These two were surrendered because their human brother had bad allergies. Due to their loving, playful demeanor they weren’t here very long. Their new owners came in looking for a “pair” of kittens and voila!
Alden
Alden was found in an abandoned house near Meeteetse and was frightful when he arrived at PCAS. But shortly after he was neutered, Alden came around and couldn’t get enough snuggles.
Tonka
“Tonka the Tank” will be missed, but we’re glad he’s in a home now! He loves to snuggle and scratch his head against your leg.
