PCAS is looking for an Operations Manager to join our pack! This position oversees the operations of the shelter facility and all animal care and programs. Goals include maintaining the highest level of care and enrichment for the shelter animals. In cooperation with the Executive Director this position is responsible for staffing to ensure effective and efficient operations of the shelter, maintenance, and related programs. Assists and supports the Executive Director with administration, budgeting, and management with respect to PCAS mission, goals, and objectives of the organization.
