Take a dog for a field trip!

Looking for a hiking buddy for the day? Maybe someone to snuggle up on the couch with and watch a movie? Or treat a dog to a pup cup. We have exciting news for you–PCAS has a program allowing you to take a shelter dog out for an adventure!

Dog’s Day Out is an initiative to help dogs spend more time outside of the animal shelter so the staff can learn more about them in order to place them in the best home possible! This program is not only beneficial for the animals, but can be a great way for you to get to know a dog’s personality if you are interested in fostering or adopting.
