If you would like to make a charitable bequest to the Park County, Wyoming, animal shelter in your will or living trust, please seek advice from your attorney or tax adviser.

A charitable bequest provides your estate with a federal estate tax charitable deduction and provides Park County Animal Shelter with funds to continue its important work of caring for dogs and cats in need of shelter, veterinary care, and forever homes.

Park County Animal Shelter is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization by virtue of its nonprofit charitable programs. In addition, the Employer Identification Number assigned to PCAS so it can be easily identified by the IRS is 83-0294762.

Should you be interested in giving a lasting gift to Park County Animal Shelter, consider donating all or a portion of your estate to the Park County Animal Shelter endowment fund. This fund is invested in and managed by the Wyoming Community Foundation which invests the funds in a diverse investment portfolio and makes annual distributions to the Park County Animal Shelter. *
